RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective and unused in the original packaging. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@piiong.ca with details of the product and the defect within 5 days of receiving it. 

Customer, please remember that “it is mandatory to leave a note and signature on the courier’s delivery note “PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED” if the signs are present. Not signing a package as VISIBLY DAMAGED and then presenting image that show visible damage to it will mean the incident will automatically be rejected.”

If the carrier does not allow you to sign the proof of delivery to record any damage to the goods, you have maximum of 24 hours (from the delivery of your order) to contact our sale department and report the visible damage. If you do not report the visible damage within 24 hours, your claim will be rejected.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period of 14 days whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@piiong.ca with details of the product and the defect within 5 days. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
